We are not a consulting firm, a software vendor, or a general-purpose AI company. We build operating businesses — each one rooted in a specific industry, led by experts who know the domain, and powered by systems designed to compound intelligence over time.

Kai Radian develops and owns the shared intelligence capabilities, operational frameworks, and technology that power each vertical. The verticals are focused operating businesses — each with its own domain expertise, partnerships, and market.
Mining was first. Media was second. More will follow — but only in domains where expert judgment, operational complexity, and fragmented workflows create real opportunities for intelligent systems.

Kevin is an enterprise architect and technologist who spent over two decades building systems at the intersection of data, operations, and complex organizations. Kai Radian is built on a conviction that the next generation of operating companies will be human-led and agent-operated — and that the best place to start is where the work is hardest.
